I'm Jay Bailey, A twenty-two-year-old, Afro-Rican Writer/Director, Cinematographer and Editor born and raised in the South Bronx of NYC. I’ve been making films since I was 7 years old and since taking it seriously starting at 14 years old, I’ve written and directed around 20 short films, and have edited far more.
